Is the system made in America?
Home Master identifies the TM system as made in the USA and states that it uses an American-made RO membrane. Aero-Gro preserves that precise wording rather than claiming that every individual fitting and accessory is domestically sourced.
Does reverse osmosis remove everything?
No treatment method removes every possible substance under every water condition. RO is highly effective for many dissolved solids and contaminants, while the carbon stages address chlorine, chloramine, tastes and odors. Aero-Gro evaluates the source water before recommending a system.
Is this recommended for well water?
It may be suitable after the well water has been tested and any sediment, hardness, iron, manganese or microbial issues have been addressed. Customers concerned about microorganisms should consider American Pure UV Defense.
How often are filters changed?
Home Master generally recommends annual pre- and post-filter replacement. Membrane life is commonly three to five years, but actual timing depends on water quality, pressure and usage.
Can it serve a refrigerator or ice maker?
Yes, when the installation layout, pressure and appliance requirements permit. A refrigerator connection kit and additional labor may be quoted separately.
