Refund & Returns Policy

30-Day Returns. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Hand-built systems (AeroPilot & custom configurations). Because these are built to order, please contact us before returning. Unused systems may be returned within 30 days; a restocking fee may apply to custom/made-to-order builds. Defective or damaged systems are always repaired or replaced at no cost.
Non-returnable items. For health and safety reasons, opened consumables — pH buffer powders, nutrients, and growing media — cannot be returned. Digital/downloadable items and webinar registrations are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective. Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
Warranty. Aero-Gro systems carry a 1-year warranty; the Pro 5-in-1 Meter is covered for 12 months. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear or consumables.
How to start a return. Email with your order number. If approved, we'll send a return label and instructions. Returns go to: 1349 Lynn Ave, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue any approved refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Where we ship. We ship across the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders, contact us before ordering for a shipping quote.
Processing times.
- Accessories (5-in-1 Meter, pH kits, buckets, parts): ship within 1–3 business days.
- Hand-built systems (AeroPilot and custom configurations): each unit is built to order by hand, with a typical production time of 4–6 weeks depending on configuration and current order volume. We'll keep you updated throughout the build.
Transit time. Once shipped, delivery within the continental US typically takes 5–10 business days.
Tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Damaged in transit. Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
Address changes. Need to update your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible — we can only change it before your order ships.
